Duke University's Summer Research Opportunity Program (SROP)
For undergraduates interested in gaining more research experience, Duke University offers the Summer Research Opportunity Program (SROP). This 10-week summer research experience helps student to explore their options for graduate education in the biomedical sciences with guidance from a Duke faculty mentors. All are welcome to apply, but it should be noted that the emphasis of the program is on creating opportunities for underrepresented students to be encouraged to consider pursuit of a doctoral degree.
